We took possession of the area in the Off Road Centre in South Bank at the end of 2001. Click on pictures for more detail.

The hard core has been laid over the main part of the site. The idea now is to have race control between the tracks on the south side (bottom of plan) extending into site. The main pitting area will be on the north side of the on-road track with a toilet block on your right as you enter the site.
The size of the off-road track has been increased by blending the north side wall to incorporate a banked corner.

The new base for outdoor racing at TRCC will be on the site of the Redcar & Cleveland Council Off-road and Karting site in South Bank.
The area is outlined below. The large mound of earth in the middle has been cleared as part of the lease agreement and the hard core base is being laid at this moment. Marking out and positioning of the buildings will commence next week .
