From North or South on A19, exit at Hartlepool junction and take A689 towards hartlepool, passing services on left. At next roundabout after services take 2nd exit (1st is to Hartlepool) towards Seal Sands.

First right turn onto Marsh House Avenue. Right at 1st roundabout and follow road round until next roundabout.

Pub is directly across on right. Take 2nd exit and then next right. Community Centre car park is on right.
